Here are the different ways you can see changes to the values of your assets using Covet:
- Aggregated View
- Look for the Value Over Time chart at the top of your Covet dashboard.
The default setting for this chart displays changes in value over time in terms of US Dollars. - To see the change in total portfolio values over time in terms of a percentage, click the "Total/%" toggle and the vertical axis will display in percentages.
- Look for the Value Over Time chart at the top of your Covet dashboard.
- Asset Category View
- If you want to see changes in values and how each asset category contributes to those changes, click on the small box with an arrow icon in the upper righthand corner of the Values Over Time chart.
- Doing step 2a above will expand a pop-up chart showing value changes over time with each asset category displayed in a unique color.
The default setting of the Category Growth Trends chart is growth in terms of percentage. - Clicking the "Growth/Impact" toggle will change the chart to a bar chart showing each asset category, allowing a different view of which asset category(ies) affected changes and to what degree.
- If you want to see changes in values and how each asset category contributes to those changes, click on the small box with an arrow icon in the upper righthand corner of the Values Over Time chart.
- Specific Asset View
- Beginning in the edit screen of a particular asset, click on "View AI Asset Details and Recommendations"
Doing this will open an AI overview of that specific asset as well as any new market information about it that may give insight into the future outlook for the asset.
