# I can't find my verification email. What should I do?

## In some cases the verification email gets filtered to a "spam" or "junk" folder.

Please check your spam folder as there may be times where the BQuest emails are filtered to that folder in your inbox. If your email application filters BQuest emails into your spam or junk folder, we suggest you adjust the settings of your email application to send BQuest emails to your primary inbox.
