Which states does Covet provide estate planning documents for?
Wherever you live, Covet has you covered.
Covet is currently designed to facilitate the self-creation of a will and an Estate Summary document. Depending on which state you live, Covet will populate the appropriate document with your assets and wishes.
In the following states, Covet will populate the Will document with the list of your assets and allocations to your beneficiaries, thus rendering the wishes and details binding upon your named executor(s). Alabama, California, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, and West Virginia.
In all other states, Covet will populate the Estate Summary with the list of your assets and allocations to your beneficiaries and the Estate Summary will be linked to the Will generated in Covet, thus rendering the wishes and details in both documents binding upon your named executor(s).
For more information on how to execute these documents, see article titled "How do I view and print my estate documents?"
