Why doesn't Covet return value for my vehicle?

Sometimes people don't receive information for their vehicle when they enter the VIN. There are a couple reasons why this may happen and here's what you can do about it.

Reasons why Covet may return a message stating "Unfortunately, nothing was returned."

  1. The VIN number from the vehicle is not from a car or truck
    1. Currently, Covet can only search cars and trucks. Motorcycles, RVs, boats, golf carts, etc, are not included in our reference database. 
  2. There was a technical issue with the database which supplies vehicle data. This database is not owned or maintained by Covet and thus we do not have control over its functionality. 

If you experience this problem, don't worry, you can enter the details for any vehicle manually. If capturing the VIN is important to you, you can include it in the description along with the other information. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).
