Can my beneficiaries see that they have been included in my Covet estate planning?
Yes. The beneficiaries you assign in your Covet account will be sent an email in which they are asked to verify their email account. They will not be able to see the assets that have been allocated to them until they verify their email and set up their own Covet account.
This can facilitate conversations between you and your beneficiaries around the assets you intend to gift to them. Sometimes it is helpful to know whether a beneficiary values something as much as you do. Knowing whether they do or not can be enlightening and useful as you manage your estate.
